Overview

This page explains how you can request deletion of your Sappso account and the personal data associated with it, what data is removed, what data we may need to retain, and how long the process takes. This page is publicly accessible and does not require you to sign in.

How to Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your account and data using either method below:

• Fill out the request form on this page, or
• Email us directly at info@sappso.com from your registered email address

1. Contact our support team using the registered email/mobile number linked to your account, or submit the form below.
2. Mention your account/login details (registered email and, if available, your Account/User ID) so we can locate your account.
3. Request account deletion, optionally stating your reason so we can improve our Services.
4. We will verify the request to confirm it was made by the account owner, which may include a confirmation email or call.
5. After verification, the account and eligible associated data will be deleted according to our data retention policy, within the timeframe below.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Once your deletion request is verified, the following will be permanently deleted from our active systems, where applicable to your account:

• User profile information (name, email, phone number)
• Login/account information and credentials
• Personal information you provided to us
• App-specific account data and preferences
• Associated tracking/device account data linked to your account (e.g. saved trackers, geo-fences, trip history), where applicable

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may need to be retained even after an account deletion request, where required for:

• Legal compliance with applicable laws or regulations
• Fraud prevention and platform security
• Financial and accounting requirements (e.g. billing or transaction records)
• Dispute resolution and enforcement of our agreements
• Other legitimate legal requirements

Any data retained for these purposes is kept only for as long as necessary for that purpose and is not used for any other purpose, such as marketing.

Deletion Timeline

Following successful verification of your request, we will complete deletion of eligible data. Data that must be retained as described above will be deleted or anonymized once the applicable retention period ends.
